Install this update to fix the IPMI server management system on a system with Windows Server 2003 R2 installed. This situation may occur when R2 is installed on a computer that has Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) enabled and the system does not recognize the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) driver. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.
